All of our products are shipped to you with care from the Netherlands via a secure, trackable shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100/€150, depending on your region. No code needed; free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Cancelling or changing orders is not possible after the order has been placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive your track & trace link via email and you can expect your order soon. If you have not received an email, please check your spam/junk mail.

- For all orders above €100 for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany.
- For all orders above €150 for the rest of Europe.
- For all orders over €150 worldwide.

Please note that during holidays and/or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may increase due to high order volume. Muki Store ships only on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please email info@mukistore.com within 5 business days and attach photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
We offer the option to collect your order free of charge from our physical store. Select pick up in store during checkout. You can visit our physical store within two working days. Kreeftstraat 4, 3067JV Rotterdam
