Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason by email.
You have another 14 days to return your product after cancelling by email.
If you return everything, you will receive the order amount including shipping costs back.
In case of partial return, you will receive the amount of the item back, excluding shipping costs.
The costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
Orders are shipped free of charge from an order value of 100 euros. If an item or multiple items are returned after this and the total amount of your order falls below 100 euros, you will no longer be able to enjoy the free shipping costs and the standard shipping costs will still be charged.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and, if possible, in the original condition and packaging.
Please do not tape a shoe box shut without first wrapping it in plastic/paper or a shipping bag.
If you include the invoice/packing slip in the package, it is not necessary to complete the return form.
We would appreciate it if you could state the reason for return per item on the invoice/packing slip.
Returns within the Netherlands

Through this point you can send the package to us for €7.25. As address you can indicate "Return Sender" at the parcel point.
If possible, you can also send the package as a letterbox item.
Please keep your track and trace shipping receipt at all times.
It is also possible to drop off/exchange the package, fully packed, at our branch:

Only with completed return form or accompanying invoice/packing slip and if possible in the original condition and packaging.

Through this point you can send the package to us for €9.60. As address you can indicate "Return Sender" at the parcel point.

Returns are processed once a week and not immediately when the shipment is accepted. Your return will be processed within 14 days at the latest.
We will cover the shipping costs if we have delivered the wrong product or if the error is otherwise attributable to our actions.
